HPD Officer Relieved of Duty Over Alleged Racial Slur Video

A Houston police officer is under investigation after a surfaced video allegedly shows her bragging about using a racial slur on a suspect. At the moment, HPD says they are aware of the video, and they are not certain their officer is in it.
