Houston coalition demands safety overhaul for $27M project

A massive coalition in Houston's Montrose area are support a multi-million-dollar reconstruction project for West Alabama Street, but it's also calling for more long-term safety measures. FOX 26's Mekenna Earnhart did a walkthrough on the street with members of the coalition.
