Hispanic Heritage parade held in Downtown Houston

"Fiestas Patrias" brought color and culture to Downtown Houston to celebrate the start of Hispanic Heritage Month. FOX 26's Angie Rodriguez checked out the parade and spoke to a co-grand marshal.
