Houston weather: Rainy pattern on the way

Rain chances increase Friday and Saturday with the potential for heavier downpours. Localized flooding could become a concern where storms repeatedly move over the same areas. Some spots could pick up another one to four inches of rain during this time frame. Houston is now under a level two out of four risk for more street flooding Friday.
