Saturday brought widespread heavy rain with some areas picking up a quick 2–3" and street flooding. Most of the rain will be clearing out of southeast Texas by 7am Sunday. Cool and breezy conditions with gradual clearing is excited this afternoon. Highs will reach the low-70s.
