Spain fans celebrate victory over Belgium

Houston's FIFA Fan Festival ended early Friday due to weather, but that didn't stop the watch parties. FOX 26's Coco Dominguez found a bunch of Spain World Cup fans celebrating the team's quarterfinal win over Belgium.
