Dog rescued from concrete island near McKay Bridge

FOX 26 reported numerous cats were found abandoned and dumped on a concrete island near the McKay Bridge in Huffman. A dog was recently rescued following the teamwork of numerous organizations. FOX 26's Randy Wallace explains.
