Pablo Rucker returns to Isiah Factor: Uncensored with an update on what’s happened since his first appearance. He says his family still hasn’t received the answers they’ve been asking for and believes the school is now in damage-control mode. He’s joined by Ese Osiobe of the People’s Choice Association Union to discuss the family’s concerns, the district’s response, and what accountability should look like moving forward. Update: Tomball ISD contacted the parents of the 5-year-old student late this week via letter, and has since said they could not substantiate the inappropriate touching allegations and the investigation is now closed. The district has also said the 5-year-old will have to change schools because her parents' address is not in the zoned area where she is enrolled. We have reached out to the district for comment and will report their response once we receive it.
