Houston-area weather forecast: July 4th

Not much of a surprise, but the Fourth of July is starting off on the the muggy side. Rain chances will rise throughout the morning into the afternoon with our best chance of rain arriving after 12PM, but before 8PM. Highs will remain below average, topping off in the upper 80s. Rain should clear before fireworks this evening, but our high rain chances persist throughout the work week.
