It will be slightly drier for a day or so and we will feel it mostly in the morning. The afternoon will be hot again on Tuesday, but maybe a couple of degrees cooler for the rest of the week. The tropics are getting active in the Atlantic, but currently nothing is pointed directly at Texas.
