Texas college student left in critical condition after being shot with bean bag by police

Justin Howell was mistakenly shot in the head with a bean bag by police leaving him in critical condition. His family is now fighting for police to stop using rubber bullets and bean bags. Isiah spoke with his brother Joshua Howell about the incident.
