At one point this past month 56 residents and 33 staff members at The Resort, a Texas City nursing home, had tested positive for COVID19. Dr. Robin Armstrong began administering hydroxychloroquine and monitoring the patients for side effects. Randy Wallace has the exclusive on what happened next.
