Prayer service to be held for Sheila Jackson Lee

Houston residents are planning to come out in a massive show of support for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee who announced she is battling cancer. FOX 26's Isiah Carey spoke with Bishop James Dixon II ahead of the prayer service being held.
