Minorities more likely to be misidentified in facial recognition

Harvey Eugene Murphy Jr., accused of robbing Sunglass Hut, is at the center of a conversation about the higher likelihood of minorities being misidentified by facial recognition, according to studies conducted by the ACLU and others. Murphy is taking legal action, filing a lawsuit.
