Houston student suspended twice over hair

Just a few weeks ago, the CROWN Act went into effect in Texas to protect and safeguard hairstyles, but already one local Houston high school with a history of controversy is under fire after suspending a student twice for his hair. FOX 26's Shelby Rose reports more on both sides of the story.
