Man fell off cruise ship and no one noticed, rescued 21 hours later

The U.S. Coast Guard made a dramatic rescue after they pull a man to safety hours after he fell overboard a cruise ship. He wasn't spotted until the next day and officials believe he treaded water for almost 21 hours.
