September is Sickle Cell Awareness Month. The Potter's Smile within Fantastic Smiles of Houston is a non-profit addressing the dental needs of sickle cell patients. Kisa Kisa Fashion is also raising awareness through a handbag line designed to mimic normal blood cells and sickle cells.
