Wednesday afternoon weather forecast

Following a dreary, cold start to the week, I think most people will be pleased with the milder forecast this afternoon and especially Thursday. However, winter is not over! A strong cold front will arrive by mid-Friday bringing harsh north winds and a round of showers. Lows are likely to drop into the 30s both days this weekend.
