It has failed 200 times, but the federal anti-lynching bill has finally passed and is headed to President Joe Biden?s desk for his signature. Our panel questions the effectiveness of the crime, saying it?s just another version of the Hate Crime Act, is not as effective or impactful as it sounds, and says it will likely provide protection to people who commit certain crime as well.
