Senate approves bill to ban forced arbitration in sex abuse cases

The U.S. Senate has passed a bill that will get rid of ?forced arbitration? in the workplace when it comes to cases of sexual assault and harassment. Most people agree to this when signing a ton of paperwork at the start of employment with a company, which legally allows the company to handle these cases internally. Now, cases like this can potentially head to trial.
