Young Americans are the loneliest, but why?

HOUSTON, TX - Loneliness may be a greater public health threat than obesity and about as bad as smoking. Experts say it has hit epidemic levels in the United States--with Generation Z being worst off. 

A new report reveals that young people ages 18 to 22 are actually the ones who say they are the loneliest--according to the Cigna study. This is ironically a group most people would associate with having a lot of friends -and an exciting social life.
