Video shows person dragged by 'clown robber' in vehicle

PASADENA, Texas (FOX 26) - On what was supposed to be a day to celebrate, surveillance video shows one person was robbed outside a Pasadena-area check cashing store and brutally dragged from a vehicle in the parking lot.

The robbery was reported outside the building on July 4. The person who was robbed described the suspect as a black male with his face painted like a clown with black and white paint. Pasadena police say the suspect may have been in what appears to be a maroon Ford Edge with paper license plates.
