HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Families that are trying to recover from Harvey were presented with some much needed information on Thursday night in the first Recovery Effort Community Town Hall Meeting. For anyone who could not attend, there will be more of them. One piece of advice is to determine if your flooded home is eligible for a buyout.
