Officials say a tank fire in Mont Belvieu has been contained.
According to Mont Belvieu Emergency Services, firefighters were on the scene of a smaller tank fire on Sun Oil Road when the explosion of a larger tank occurred. No injuries were reported due to the explosion.
Officials said FM 565 N near Winfree/Sun Oil would be closing to through traffic while the scene was active.
Mont Belvieu Emergency Services said there were no evacuations or shelter-in-place orders.
