Lori Boyd, District Manager for Broadway Square, called Fox 26 News Monday evening. Boyd agreed, the area behind Thomas' apartment me is a mess. Boyd explained the problem is an underground fresh water leak, which appeared 6 weeks ago. She said repairs are scheduled to begin next week.
