As the mother was heading into the bakery, the owner noticed that she was being followed by a white male wearing only black shorts who was quickly trying to catch up with her. The mother was unaware she was being followed but the owner of the bakery quickly locked the door behind her.

The suspect dropped his basketball shorts on the other side of the see-through business door, exposing his erect penis. The suspect went on to masturbated while looking at the two women through the glass door for around a minute or so.

The suspect than noticed the running vehicle in the parking lot and approached it. He walked up to the front passenger door and attempted to open the door but the 11-year-old daughter had locked it. The suspect than pulled down his shorts again and began masturbating while looking at the child sitting alone in the car.

The 11-year-old began to scream and cry and the mother ran out to yell at the suspect.

The suspect ran off the the Domino's Pizza in the complex.
