HOUSTON - HPD SWAT & Hostage Negotiations teams are at the 9000 block of Westheimer near Fondren.
Hostage Negotiators are in communication with the wanted suspect at the business at 9041 Westheimer. Two females who were with the suspect have been released safely to SWAT officers. The suspect surrendered to law enforcement without incident.
