Man shot and killed in Independence Heights
Houston police department homicide investigators are at the scene of a shooting.
Shortly before 6 p.m. Friday , officers were called to the 200 block of East Janisch in northwest Houston.
Officers arrived finding a man shot to death in the garage area of a home.
