HOUSTON, TX - An overturned 18-wheeler has blocked an Eastex Freeway exit ramp to westbound 610 North Loop. Crews responded to a call of the accident at 4:10 a.m. this morning. Alternate routes are Jensen Street or turnaround at Kelley Street.
