SWAT unit negotiation in northeast Houston on July 13, 2018
HOUSTON (FOX 26) - After officers with the SWAT unit and the hostage negotiation team responded to a report of a family disturbance at an apartment complex in northeast Houston, they found someone who had refused to come down from an apartment building roof. Officers later took him into custody.
Witnesses reported to police that the man on the roof was threatening people with a knife at the complex on Sterlingshire Street near Balsam Lane in northeast Houston.
