UPDATE: All lanes have been reopened
Transtar reports all eastbound lanes have been closed on I-10 Katy at Taylor.
Houston police say a three-vehicle accident caused the closure.
A second crash at I-10 and Mercury has closed down all westbound lanes. Police say the second accident is fatal and a man has been ejected from his vehicle.
