Bill would require psych evaluations for officers twice a year

There is a bill in the Texas legislature that's being pushed, and it would call for a psychological evaluation for police officers twice a year.

That bill is HB 625 and it outlines what some lawmakers say is a proactive approach to stress management and the mental health of public safety employees.
