HOUSTON, TX - A big rig driver was seen driving erratically near Ella Boulevard in NW Houston. The driver reportedly led police on a wild chase throughout NW Houston. When police tried to apprehend him, the driver refused to get out of the truck. Police then called a SWAT team to the incident.
