HOUSTON ( FOX 26) - New this morning, a man has crashed a motorcycle that he borrowed from a friend into a brick wall. Deputies say it was the man's first time on a motorcycle and he panicked when he popped the clutch instead of hitting the brake.
The man hit the accelerator and sped out of control into a house. He was brought to the hospital where he died.
Also new this morning, arson investigators say a late night fire at an apartment complex could have started on a balcony.
Firefighters found heavy flames coming from a second floor apartment. The person inside got out safely
Only one other unit was affected.
