HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Across the Houston area there are 5,000 children in foster care. Of them, 1,700 are available for adoption right now. Ja'Kye'Ya and JJ are 13 year old twins living in different foster homes. Parental rights have been terminated due to abuse and neglect.
"I just want a family that's caring, loves us, and a family that's neat and clean. I don't care about the race. I just want a sweet family," said Ja'Kye'Ya.
