BakerRipley opens evacuee shelter at NRG Center

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Harris County Judge Ed Emmett announced during a news conference at Houston TranStar on Tuesday night that the county, with help from BakerRipley, has opened a shelter for Tropical Storm Harvey flooding evacuees at NRG Center.

No volunteers or donations were accepted for Tuesday night.BakerRipley will announce a process for volunteers to register or for people to drop off donations in the coming days.
