Man dies after being fatally shot inside a vehicle in northeast Houston
HOUSTON - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man inside a vehicle in northeast Houston.
Around 2:15 a.m., Saturday, neighbors reported hearing gunshots in the 3300 block of Jewel near Gregg.
Police arrived finding a male inside a vehicle suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
EMS transported the patient to the hospital where he later died.
The victim is said to be in his mid-40's.
Investigators have vague information about a person of interest who was seen leaving on foot.
