Well-known dog trainer helping Bayou Animal Services build new shelter

DICKINSON, Texas (FOX 26) - Dickinson-based Bayou Animal Services rescued hundred of pets during Hurricane Harvey. The non-profit government corporation is seeking to build a new shelter and popular animal trainer Joel Silverman is helping the organization's fundraising effort with a certification course for dog trainers.
