Ethan Couch detention center or county jail?

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Today a judge will decide if "affluenza" teen Ethan Couch will stay in a detention center or be transferred to the Tarrant county jail.

Couch arrived in Fort Worth yesterday morning from Mexico.

His next court date is scheduled for February 19th, when the Tarrant county District Attorney will ask a judge to transfer his case to the adult court system.       

Couch is accused of violating his probation in a drunk driving accident that killed four people.

Mothers Against Drunk Driving will be at today's hearing to urge the criminal justice system to do everything possible to hold Couch accountable.
