Houston spa offering CBD facials

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Houston's first CBD spa is now open.

Elestial Spa in northwest Houston offers CBD-infused treatments and facials.

"Topically, CBD is anti-inflammatory, as we all know. So for the skin, it helps with acne, fine lines, inflammation, rosacea. It helps with any inflammatory things that are going to happen on the skin," says owner Helen Ruiz says.

The spa opened in August. She says the feedback from customers has been great.

"It's actually helped a lot of people with acne. It helps clear the acne, lower the inflammation, and it helps with back pain," Ruiz says.
