Police arrest man accused of shooting 3 people to death in Houston

UPDATE: Deputies say 35-year-old Jeffrey Noble has been arrested overnight in Dallas.
Just before 4:30 p.m. on Friday, multiple 911 calls came from Creekhaven Drive in northwest Harris County. When deputies arrived, they discovered a homicide scene.

"They arrived, they immediately began securing the scene when they discovered that there were three deceased individuals inside the home," says Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez.

Authorities have identified the victims as John Sciandra, 67, Jessica Sciandra, 22, and Jordan Collier, 25.

Clair Vincik lives down the street and says a woman who was allegedly inside the house, ran to her home shortly after.

"The person that was shooting, she said she knew him, he was a friend of hers," describes Vincik. "After we were on the phone with 911 and we hung up and looked down the street and we saw a red car pulling out of the driveway and then taking a left and burning off this way."

"It was reported that a red Acura, possibly a '98 model, that had fled the scene," confirms Sheriff Gonzalez.

Nikki Partin has a family home nearby. At the time, a football team that drove in from Dallas was helping put up sheetrock from Harvey damage, when they heard shots fired.
"Called my husband, he got the team secured, got them down, they got them evacuated out of the area and took him to my mommy's house," says Partin.

Deputies say 35-year-old Jeffrey Noble has been charged with Capital Murder in the case. According to HCSO, Noble fled the scene in a red Honda Accord with Texas plate DMM-7269.
