Should drug dealers receive the death penalty?

Should drug dealers get the death penalty? That's what President Trump is suggesting as a way to cease the growing opioid epidemic in the U.S.

He rattled off these statistics today to put the war on drugs into perspective. There were 76,000 dangerous drug crimes charged or convicted against non U.S. citizens last year, and 1,500 pounds of fentanyl was seized – three times that in 2016. The drug enforcement agency says just two uncut milligrams of this stuff can kill you, so that means they seized enough fentanyl to kill 340 million people.

He said right now this stuff is killing 116 Americans a day.

The president wants the come down on those making it available illegally.

On the Factor to talk about this is attorney Charles Adams, attorney Jolanda Jones, and Todd Smith with Regal Media.
