HOUSTON (FOX 26) — Homicide investigators are trying to determine what led to a shooting in northwest Houston that ended with the death of a 9-year-old child.
The shooting was reported on West 34th Street near the White Oak Bayou Greenway Trail at around 3:27 p.m. Wednesday. Investigators say the shooting appears to be accidental and the gunshot was fired by the victim's 9-year-old cousin with no adults in the home.
