Body found in Brays Bayou near Gulf Freeway

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Homicide detectives are conducting an investigation after the body of a male was found in Brays Bayou along the Gulf Freeway northbound service road near Beatty Street in southeast Houston.

Police say three children were playing when they noticed the body floating in the bayou.

Detectives were not able to determine the race of the male based on the condition of the body.
