Houston councilmember on apartment improvement proposal following deadly fire

A fire at a Houston senior living complex left one man dead and three others injured Wednesday night. FOX 26's Leslie DelasBour spoke to District H Councilmember Mario Castillo on an initiative in the works to target "nuisance apartments."
