What is causing widespread vaping illnesses?

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - The warning has been sent out saying your health could be in jeopardy.

U.S. health officials on Friday urged people to stop vaping until they figure out why some are coming down with serious breathing illnesses.

They have identified about 450 possible cases, including as many as five deaths, in 33 states. No single vaping device, liquid, or ingredient has been tied to all the illnesses.

Meanwhile, the Food and Drug Administration has put vaping giant Juul on notice with a pair of letters calling out the company for misleading statements about its products and ongoing targeting of teens.
