Law enforcement agencies warn about '48-Hour Challenge'

For many parents, there is agonizing pain because their children have disappeared from the face of the earth. Imagine how painful that is to a mother or father? Now put that aside and think about the silly and petty nature of social media. The latest unfortunate trend is the 48-Hour Challenge where children, teens and young people go missing for that period of time. They simply hide from their parents and friends for two days straight to get attention on their favorite social media platforms. Police are warning parents about the latest social media trend to ensure that chidren don't play this silly game and waste their time.

Crime Stoppers of Houston victims' advocate Andy Kahan discusses the trend with Isiah Carey.
