More than wings at Chicago's Famous Fried Chicken & Fish

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Chris Smith opened Chicago's Famous Fried Chicken & Fish on Labor Day 2018 and the casual concept restaurant has been an immediate hit. Residents on the west side of Houston were happy to have a new chicken eatery nearby.

With help from FOX 26 News segment contributor and food talk radio show host Cleverley Stone, Smith demonstrates how he prepares other fan favorites, namely fried chicken livers and gizzards.
