More than half of Harvey victims haven't received help they need What's Your Point? December 10

Research from the Kaiser and Episcopal Foundations found that more than half of Harvey victims say they have not received the aid they need to recover. More than 40% say they've had to borrow money from friends or family to get by. Two out of every ten say stress from the ordeal has damaged their mental health.
