Clinton wins Nebraska primary, Sanders takes West Vrignia

WASHINGTON (AP) — Hillary Clinton has won the Democratic presidential primary in Nebraska. However, the victory doesn't get her any closer to clinching her party's nomination, because the delegates were apportioned in a caucus won by Bernie Sanders in March. The Vermont senator took home 15 delegates, while Clinton won 10. Sanders has won the West Virginia primary, but that isn't improving his math much. The state's 29 delegates will be awarded in proportion to the vote. So Sanders gets at least 14 while Clinton will gain at least 10.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Donald Trump's delegate total continues to grow, and he now has nearly 90 percent of the number he needs to secure the Republican presidential nomination. Trump won all 36 delegates available in Nebraska's GOP primary today. He also won West Virginia, but that only guarantees him three delegates. The other 31 delegates in West Virginia are elected directly by voters.
